ASPIRE Student Leadership Program

The ASPIRE Student Leadership Program is a highly competitive opportunity, with only 40 students selected from across the Midwest. Participants will gain hands-on experience addressing rural challenges, develop leadership skills, and network with industry professionals and policymakers. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in a participating college during the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters.
